Manufactured Under ISO Standards
Each of our cartridges is manufactured in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 quality standards, and ISO 14001:2004 environmental management standards. Each comes with a comprehensive guarantee and warranty from date of purchase. Thus giving the Customer complete peace-of-mind when choosing our product.
Total Reliability
We understand the importance of product reliability. Before leaving the factory each individual cartridge is print tested for resolution, black level, colour level, consistency, point defects, fine-line variations, and other quality criteria.
Any product failing to meet the test criteria will be re-worked or rejected.
Each batch production undertaken will yield a number of cartridges that will be archived for ‘lifetime’ testing. Periodically the archived cartridges will be tested for defects during their warranty period, any defects found will be assessed and any action plans will be implemented to reduce any impact to the Customer.
