APPLICATION OF TERMS
Any person or organisation (the Buyer), purchasing goods from this website are bound by the Terms & Conditions herewith. It is a condition therefore that a purchase cannot be effected until the Buyer accepts these Terms & Conditions, by ticking the “I Accept” box, on the “Order Form”. The Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions by the Buyer, shall be to the exclusion of any terms that the Buyer purports to apply under any purchase order, confirmation of order, or other document.
QUALITY OF GOODS
Where the Company is not the manufacturer of the goods, the Company shall endeavour to transfer to the Buyer, the benefit of any warranty or guarantee given to the Company. The Company warrants that (subject to the other provisions of these conditions) upon delivery, the goods shall be of satisfactory quality, within the meaning of the Sale of Goods Act 1979. The Company shall not be liable for any breach of the warranty of its goods if:- the Buyer does not follow the procedures in the Returns Policy- the Buyer continues to use the goods.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ORDER
An Acknowledgement of Order is provided to the Buyer, by the Company, once payment has been received in full. The Acknowledgement of Order will specify, the quantity, description, unit price and total price of the Order, including VAT.PRICESPrices will be as specified on the website and the total price (to include VAT and delivery charges) will be stated on the Acknowledgement of Order.
PAYMENT
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, by the Company, payment must be received in full (and cleared funds),
before the Acknowledgement of Order can be affected.
